Overview

Nicom Maritime’s Maritime Pilot System, assigns marine pilots listed in a central database, and generates associated invoices for each job. Pilots have access to the system and can review their appointments and rosters over the Internet.

The system is designed to allow pilotage authorities to track time and source forms.

 

Maritime Pilot System Features

Maritime Pilot System provides necessary information to pilotage authorities such as:

• voyage status
• vessel tracking
• complete demurrage charges, and
• rate information from respective ports

The billing system receives assignments once they have been completed, assigns automatic billing codes, and calculates hours based on tariffs.

Assignment reports can be customized by month, year, or quarter.
