As a Microsoft Silver Certified Partner, Nicom has access to a variety of services from Microsoft that ensure our customers receive the support they deserve. These services include technical training, pre-release software, and technical support.

Seaport Group

Seaport Group provides management consulting services to the port and transportation industries, worldwide, and specializes in project planning and management, port master planning, container terminal automation and technology, and privatization projects. The Seaport Group consists of three closely linked companies located in the United States, Canada and Denmark. Seaport Group’s experience in Terminal Operations complements Nicom’s experience in Maritime Exchanges, Port Authorities, and Pilotage Authorities.

Maritime Exchange for the Delaware River and Bay

As a non-profit trade association, the Maritime Exchange for the Delaware River and Bay promotes international commerce, protects trade, and enhances navigational safety in the largest freshwater port in the world. The Exchange represents the ports and related businesses in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Camden, New Jersey and Wilmington, Delaware. Nicom resells the Maritime Exchange’s Maritime On-Line software which provides a secure, unrestricted venue for information processing and distribution to member organizations.
